Valley Waste Service, Inc. offers employees the following types of benefits:
1. Full time employment plus potential overtime. Employees are paid at an hourly rate plus time and one-half for overtime hours worked.
2. Work weeks can vary from 5-8 hour days to 4-10 hour days for the  employee’s regular schedule.

Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic – Maintenance
Evans City, PA
Seeking a repair mechanic technician to troubleshoot, repair and maintain heavy diesel equipment. In this vital role you will assess, diagnose and repair heavy equipment daily. We are looking for someone with the knowledge to performs repairs and maintenance on diesel heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, rock trucks and compactors, compact heavy equipment, light service equipment and light trucks. Typical repairs include but are not limited to preventive maintenance, inspections, hydraulic, fuel, exhaust, brake, suspension, electrical, HVAC and emission systems. A experienced diesel mechanic will be most successful in this role if you have a minimum of 3-years experience troubleshooting and repairing problems with equipment. You must have a valid driver’s license and a High school diploma or GED. All employees must pass a pre-employment drug test.
