Valley Waste Service, Inc. offers employees the following types of benefits:
1. Full time employment plus potential overtime. Employees are paid at an hourly rate plus time and one-half for overtime hours worked.
2. Work weeks can vary from 5-8 hour days to 4-10 hour days for the  employee’s regular schedule.
3. Health, Eye, Dental, Life, AD&D and short-term disability benefits after waiting period.
4. Eligible for company-provided uniforms after waiting period, if applicable.
5. Eligible for paid time off (PTO) after waiting period.

Seeking a full-time welder and fabricator to repair vehicle bodies and fabricate steel components for trucks and equipment. You will be most successful in this role if you have experience with a plasma torch as well as mig and arc welding equipment. Your responsibilities will include: Cuts/welds repairs vehicle bodies, heavy equipment blades and bodies, welds steel and aluminum components using Mig and arc welding equipment, bends steel components using a break and shear, cuts steel using a plasma cutter or torch, fabricates steel components on trucks and heavy equipment, follows all safety policies and procedures. Requirements include: a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, minimum 1 year welding experience.
